開(kāi)關(guān)柜廠家柜體介紹
開(kāi)關(guān)柜的基本框架采用拼裝組合式結(jié)構(gòu)，由KB型鋼通過(guò)自攻鎖緊螺釘互相緊固聯(lián)接成基本框架，再按方案變化需要，加上相應(yīng)的門(mén)、封板、隔板、安裝支架以及母線、功能單元等零件組合成一臺(tái)完整的開(kāi)關(guān)柜，柜內(nèi)結(jié)構(gòu)都經(jīng)過(guò)鍍鋅處理，也可以采用敷鋁鋅板生產(chǎn)，并實(shí)行模數(shù)化安裝（1E=25mm）.開(kāi)關(guān)柜面板采用優(yōu)質(zhì)鋼板經(jīng)數(shù)控機(jī)床加工而成，表面經(jīng)過(guò)酸洗、磷化處理后靜電噴塑，抗磨耐腐，既有牢固的機(jī)械強(qiáng)度，又有可靠的接地連續(xù)性。
開(kāi)關(guān)柜隔室可分為功能單元室、母線室、電纜室，各單元的功能作用相對(duì)獨(dú)立且區(qū)域之間又連續(xù)的金屬板或阻燃板的功能壁嚴(yán)格分隔，保證使用安全且防止事故蔓延。

Switchgear compartment can be divided into functional unit compartment, busbar compartment, and cable compartment, the function of each unit is relatively independent and separated by metal plate or flame-retardant wall between functional areas to ensure safety and to prevent accidents spreading.
